He is survived by: his wife Susan Jacobson (Johnson); his children, Cynthia Kough and Andrew Jacobson; his grandchildren, Rachael Warren, Jeremy Warren and Jacob Warren; his great grandchildren, Regan Samborski, Caydence Warren, Lily Warren and Sawyer Warren; his nieces, Pam Jones and Paula Ellis; and his friend Ken.
