He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Goodman and Vesta Pauline Brown Chilcott; and his brother Ralph Chilcott. He is survived by: his children, Donna Farrier of Washington, Keith Edward Chilcott, Jim Owen (Brenda) of Lincoln, NE, John Owen (Fiona) of Queensland, AU and Shawn Owen (Claudia) of Ozawkie, KS; and his brother Merel Chilcott of Newport Center, VT. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
