He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron E. Clark and Mildred Clark; his former wife Carolyn Clark; his sister Lavon Kats; his daughter-in-law Ellen Clark; and his stepchildren, Tomie Lowry (Kathy) and Tabitha Lowry.

He is survived by: his wife Lyn-Nell Lowry of WaKeeney, KS; his siblings, Wanda Marshall (Tex) and Ivan Clark (Rita); his brother-in-law Melvin Kats (Bonnie); his children, Guy Clark (Kay) and Glenda Parsons (Allen); and his stepchildren, Teresa Schmidt (Myron), Tod Lowry (Kathy) and Trevor Lowry (Christina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Rose Hill United Methodist Church, in memory of Verle Clark.
