He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Dale and Beryle Maude Toncray (Graham); and his children, Bernard "Buddy" Toncray Jr. and Vickie Lea Toncray. He is survived by: his wife Midge; his daughter Nancy Ward (Duane); his grandson Bradley Ward (Natalia); and his sisters, Flo Hartley (Ed), Nonie Snider (Danny) and Susie Miller (Duaine). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requested donations be sent to Tri-Ko.
