He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Downs and Ruby Downs (McCowan); his wife Mary "Janelle" Downs; and his sister-in-law Jewel Downs. He is survived by: his children, Jason Downs (Whitney), Rebecca Little (Brett) and Brenna Castor (Randoulph); his brother Ronald Downs; and his granddaughters, Emelyn and Bridget Little.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Anthony of Padua's Catholic Church (600 S 4th St, Leoti, KS 67861). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
