She was predeceased by : her parents, George L. Metz and Lela Agnes Metz; her sister Dorothy Short (Bill Ewan); and her son Tom Ewan (Pam). She is survived by : her children, Susan Dunaway of Huntington Beach, CA and Bob Ewan of Olathe, KS; her daughter-in-law Pam Ewan of Paola, KS; and her grandchildren, Parker, Elle McNeil and Eaden Ewan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miami County Historical Museum of Paola, Kansas.
