We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2023, at the age of 74, Dale Eugene Rumans of Paola, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dale Eugene Rumans to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Rumans and Dorothy Rumans (Owens); and his brother William Rumans. He is survived by : his wife Francia; his children, Jennifer McCoach (Kevin) of Harker Heights, Jessica Miley (Josh) of Beagle, Julie Rumans (Brock Masterson) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Jeffrey Rumans (Amanda) of Marrieta, California; and his siblings, Sheryl Balentine (Randy) of Kansas City, MO and Roger Rumans (Marcia) of Grandview, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Paola, Kansas Post #3712.
