He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Scheffer and Mary Scheffer. He is survived by: his wife Sheri Scheffer (Edmunds); his sister Ann Yackle; his sons, Jason Scheffer (Laura) and Nick Scheffer; his grandchildren, Blake, Stella Scheffer, Austin and Aiden Scheffer; his stepgrandchildren, Sunny and Talon Wright; his niece Abby Hardwick (Travis); his nephew Chris Yackle; and his great-nephews, Will, Jake, Alex Harwick and Liam Yackle.
A rosary will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the St. Philip Neri Catholic Church (500 Parker Ave, Osawatomie, KS 66064). Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the St Philip Neri Catholic Church (500 Parker Ave, Osawatomie, KS 66064). A Mass will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Catholic Charities or charity of family's choice.
