We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2023, at the age of 87, Elsie A. Penn of Paola, Kansas, born in Mitchell, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Russell and Elfie Russell; her husband Robert Penn (Bob); her brothers, Billy Russell, Ray Russell and Bob Norton; and her granddaughter Lacey Penn.
She is survived by : her children, Scotty Penn (Nanette), Kathy Johnson, Billy Penn (Annetta) and Bob Penn (Jody). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
