Gary D. Lasher Obituary
We bid farewell to Gary D. Lasher (Paola, Kansas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 15, 2025 at the age of 81. Gary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Gary's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Gary has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lasher and Charldean Lasher; and his brother Lane. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; and his children, Troy Lasher of Osawatomie, Robin Townsend (Scott) of Holdrege, Debbie Hayes (David) and David Lasher (Kim) of Paola. He is also survived by 10 grandkids and 13 great grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dengel & Son Mortuary - Paola (305 N Pearl St, Paola, KS 66071). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Miami County Sheriff's Cops for Tots in Gary's memory.
