He is survived by: his wife Joanne Thompson; and his children, Melissa Steinke (Jason), Jessica Duckworth, William Thompson (Danielle) and Joseph Frogge (Alex). He is also survived by grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and uncle.
