Jo Ann Hamlin Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jo Ann Hamlin of Paola, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Taylor and Clara Taylor (Smith); her husband Harold Hamlin; her siblings, Albert, Dale, John, Robert, Claude, George, Juanita, Clara and Peggy; her siblings-in-law, Merlin Reed, Bill Stiles, Tom Coddington, Dale Hamlin, Bud Gallagher, Beverly Taylor, June Hamlin and Pauline Gallagher; and her grandson Christopher.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Dykes (Jeff), Kathy and Jeff (Michelle); her grandchildren, Josh, Michael, Johna, Ryan, Aaron, Mandy, Erica and John; and her sister-in-law MaryAnn Taylor. She is also survived by spouses: her 20 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchild.
