She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Pratt and Dorothea Louisa Burlingame (Hansen); her brother Dan Allan; and her husband Forest Edwards. She is survived by : her children, Louise Edwards (Jack Johnson) of Paola, Kansas, Gail Gilliland of Paola, Kansas and Douglas Edwards (Valerie Edwards) of Kansas City, Missouri.; her friend Wayne Whiting (Shelly); her daughters, Shelby, Shay and Shylar of Paola, Kansas; and her friend Darrell Layton (Jackie) of Spring Hill, Kansas..
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a nonprofit close to Kaye's heart and started in honor of her grandson, Mateo Edwards who was born in Guatemala and adopted by her son & daughter-in-law.
