She was predeceased by: her parents, George Prothe and Corrine Prothe; her husband Jim Stringham; and her son Bill Stringham. She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Giebler (Mike), Brenda Janzen (Martin), Rob Stringham, Shelli Barnes (Bill) and Steve Stringham (Jill); her sister Janet England; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Prothe and Venita Prothe. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church (401 E Piankishaw St, Paola, KS 66071). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Osawatomie Cemetery.
