He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Hickman and Helen Hickman; his siblings, Forrest Jr., Phillip, Daniel, Jacque Seyler, Thelma Suttcliffe and Joyce Soetaert; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Schoenberger and Marvin Dodson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemary Schoenberger and Karen Dotson; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Hickman and Richard Soetaert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
