He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Pepoon and Marianne Pepoon; his wife Mary Stephenson; his brothers, Michael Pepoon (Sonja Armbruster) and Bill Pepoon (Francesca Pepoon); his stepchildren, Katie Casey (Eli) and Nick Hosack (Caitlin); his nieces and nephews, Alexandra McCarty (Grant), Donnie Pepoon (Bailie), Joey Pepoon, Hannah Baker (Ethan) and Bethany Wolf (Josh); and his grandchildren, Micah, McKenzie, Lily, Audrey and Dean.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paola Community Center (905 E Wea St, Paola, KS 66071). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is collecting memorial contributions to set up a scholarship fund for Paola High School students pursuing writing, theater, or film careers.
