He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mersman and Florence Mersman (Wolken); and his brother Ron Mersman. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Mersman; his children, Robin Spencer (Sean) of Osawatomie, Bret Mersman (Kathleen) of Belton and Brian Mersman (Rachel) of Osawatomie; his grandchildren, Brycen, Samantha, Mackenzie, Kate, Molly, Ryan, Callie, Austin and Abigail; and his sisters, Arlene Udelhofen of Ottawa and Cindy Hinkle of Basehor, Kansas. He is also survived by 11 great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
