She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Carson and Almedta Carson (Foster); her husband Preceding; and her sister Carol Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kenny Cole, Amy Thomas (Guy), Rebecca Klunkert and Alan Cole (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Chad Cole, Chris Cole, Leah Thomson, Nicole Tate, Scott Nash, Dustin Nash, Kristinn Benton, Shawn Augustine, Lindsey Hallgren, Whitney Cole, Kristen Carzoli and Darcy Dixon; and her sister Eudora Read of Grove, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home (112 N 26th St, Parsons, KS 67357). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Oswego Christian Church or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
