She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Charley and Golda May Axtell (Brown); her daughter Donna Fraker; and her siblings, Harold Axtell, Norman Axtell, Mary K. Axtell and Virginia M. Axtell.

She is survived by: her children, Wade Salsbery of Webb City, Jennifer Sevart (Brad) of King George, Virginia and Joanne Noe (Dan) of Parsons. She is also survived by Six grandchildren, Four great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Proud Animal Lovers Shelter (PALS) or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
