He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Smith and Myrtle I. Smith (Linton); and his sister Peggy Sprague. He is survived by: his children, Russell Smith (Loretta) of Parsons, Julie Smith (Rodney Blackburn) of Parsons and Lisha Smith of Grove, OK; his grandchildren, Jyssica Lahey (Ty), Travis Smith (Tegan), Ashley Cavaletto (Steven), Samantha Knight (Brad), Charleigh Morgan (Jordan), Randi Linn (Tanner) and Ryleigh Bryant (Avin); and his brother-in-law Charles Sprague (Regina) of Parsons. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
