He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Forshey-Brault and Abrina Forshey; the mother of his children Cynthia Palmer; his siblings, David Forshey, Michael Harris, Jerilyn Purkey, James Fuentez, Marie Howery and Guy Pocowatchit; and his grandchildren, Zayne, Zoey, Ethan and Cheyenne.
