She is survived by: her parents, Phil Mercado and Cathy Mercado (Horton) of Kansas City, MO; her son Aiden Kylor "Lovey" Mercado; her brothers, Tyler Mercado of Kansas City, MO and Ben Mercado (Amanda) of Kansas City, MO; her grandmothers, Judy Mercado of Parsons and Rita Horton of Parsons; her aunts and uncles, Floyd (Marilyn Horton), Dick (Vicki Horton), Patty (Terry Foster), John Horton, Joe Horton, Mike (Teresa Horton), Pam (Doug Thompson), Vince (Jeanette Horton) and Kevin (Kristi Horton); her friends, Jenn and Marc Blair; and her aunt Christy Markley (Lance Markley). She is also survived by many cousins and other relatives and friends.

At each event masks will be worn and social distancing observed.
