She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Lewis; her granddaughter Shania Lewis; and her daughter Teresa Astbury. She is survived by: her children, Paula Ballew and Bill Lewis (Tammy); her grandchildren, Billy Lewis, AJ Mattix (Kristie), DeEtta Mattix (Rick) and Mike Anderson (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Hailey Mattix, Case Smith, Sable and Dalton Anderson.
