He is survived by: his parents, Ron Simoncic of Franklin, KS and Christine Brungardt of Galesburg, KS; his brother Fischer Simoncic of Wichita, KS; his grandmother Rose Brungardt of Parsons, KS; and his aunts and uncles, Rick, Jacque Simoncic of Frontenac, KS, Rod and Denise Fleming of Parsons, KS.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
