With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James K. Cook of Parsons, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Cook; and his brother John Cook. He is survived by: his mother Helen Cook (Aspegren) of Phoenix; his wife Jadeen Cook (Zeigler) of Parsons; his son Dennis Cook of Parsons; and his brother Dennis Cook of Phoenix.
Memorials are suggested to the Parsons Public Library.
