He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cooke; his children, Jamie Kramer Janssen (Curt) of Parsons and Justin Kramer (Jessica) of Galesburg; his grandchildren, Jason Kramer (Vanessa) of Grain Valley, MO., Jenna Buffington (Andrew), Jaylee Kramer, Madilyn Kramer, Allyson Kramer and Hudson Kramer; his great grandchild Buffington; and his sisters, Barbara Thompson, Janet Kramer and Teresa Shepherd.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home (112 N 26th St, Parsons, KS 67357). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials to the Galesburg Relief Fund or Neosho County Fair Board and they may be left at or mailed to the Carson Wall Funeral Home, P.O. Box 942, Parsons, KS 67357.
