He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foreman and Lela Foreman (Wheeler); and his siblings, Betty Jean Foreman, Jack, Gerald, Ronald and Leroy Foreman.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Muninger (Marilyn) of Independence and Stacie Wells (Joshua Rice) of Parsons; his grandchildren, Ashlee Wilson of Independence, Garrett Muninger of Pittsburg and Gabrielle Muninger of Pittsburg; his brothers, Grady Foreman of Taylor, MI and Bill Foreman of Barboursville, VA; and his pets, Arnie, Klaus, Fergus, Lucy and Wesa.
