Karen Modica Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Modica of Parsons, Kansas, who passed away on September 13, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion W. Jones and Frances F. Jones (Bowen); her husband Joe Modica, Jr.; her siblings, Robert Jones, David Jones, John Jones, Marcia Reich and Jenny Collins; and her great grandchild Brandt Hoch.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Hinman (Diane) of Vasser, KS, Traci Westhoff (Bill) of Walnut, KS, Stacy Harper (Brendon) of Gardner, KS, Pam Willis of Parsons, KS, Buddy Modica of Parsons, KS and Joe Modica III of Tulsa, OK; and her brothers, Marvin Jones of Parsons, KS and Nick Jones (Betty) of Nixa, MO. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
