He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. Fowler and Grace R. Fowler (Mengee). He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Utemark of Ft. Worth, TX and Amy Collins of Parsons; his grandchildren, Iris Burke, Zachary Keath, DeLaina Keith, Daniel Keath, Laralai Keath, ReAnne Wentz and Arissa Utemark; and his brother Kirk Fowler of Orem, UT.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
