He is survived by : his children, Monica Rose Cervantes-Avery of Neodesha, Neil Avery of Parsons and Dominik Avery (Heather) of Broken Arrow, OK; his mother Ginger Childress of North Hills, CA; and his sister Elaine Pollet of South Coffeyville, OK. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
