He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Carrillo and Juanita Carrillo (Muñoz); and his siblings, Larry Carrillo, Florence Ortiz, Teresa Carrillo and Rosie Munoz-Smith.
He is survived by: his brother Joe Carrillo; his close friends, Brad Woodworth and Bill McAtee; and his pet Goober. He is also survived by his cousins, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
