She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wesley and Audrey Lenore Evans (Snell); her spouse Merle Max Bayless; her son Gary Bayless; and her brother George Evans.

She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Wallace of Parsons, KS; her grandchildren, Scott Wallace (Cindy), Amber Wallace (Craig Termin) of Lee's Summit, MO and Misty Moody (Kyle) of Overland Park, KS; her great grandchildren, Jay Wallace (Andrea), Dru Wallace, Kade, Tate Sedorcek of Lee's Summit, MO, Howard Termin of Lee's Summit, MO, Dayton and Donovn Moody of Overland Park, KS; and her great great grandchildren, Kayson Sedorcek of Lee's Summit, MO and Scottilyn Wallace. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
