He is survived by: his wife Glenda Beth Stice (Jump); his children, Doug Smith (Monette) of Montgomery, Angie Harrison (Travis) of Moran, David Smith (Holly) of Chetopa, Heather Larsen of Oswego, Erin Esaw (Curley) of Athens, Shannon Smith of Pittsburg and Chaston Stice of Parsons, Kansas; his grandchildren, Carlee, Kaely, Dillon, Peyton, Austin, Kenzie, Sara, Devon, Zach, Jake, Matthew, Grace, Audrey, Keenan and Kimara; Larry Stice (Sharon) of Carl Junction, Missouri.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home (405 Main St, Parsons, KS 67357). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
