He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. "Pete" and Mary L. Bulkley (Robinson); and his son Rick Bulkley. He is survived by: his wife Karen Merchant; his daughters, Lori McKinzie (Steve) of Altamont and Kandra Crouch (Jim) of Joplin; his grandchildren, Tyler McKinzie (Cori) of Gilbert, Jamie Carr (Luke) of Coffeyville, Kristin Barnes (Blake) of Tahlequah, Coltin Bulkley (Alina) of Bonner Springs and Jacie Crouch of Joplin; his great grandchildren, Hadley and Bailey Carr; his grandchildren, Paisley, Gus, Mac Barnes, Sydney, Emma McKinzie and Raiya Bulkley; and his siblings, Bill Bulkley of Bartlesville and Carol Drenon of Parsons.
