He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin L. Hodge and Ruth E. Hodge (Sears); his daughter Amber Hodge; his brothers, Terry Hodge and Richard Hodge; and his grandmother Gladys Sears.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Hodge (Jamie) of Cherryvale, Jeremy Hodge (Jeremie) of Parsons and Jesse Hodge (Johnna) of Pittsburg; and his siblings, Patrick Hodge, Steven Hodge and Sharon Clark (David). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, Five great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to defray final expenses.
