He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry D. Waun and Marjorie A. Waun (Green); his son Casey Joe Waun; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanene Waun and Glen Schofield.
He is survived by: his children, Brock Meadows (Rhea Harvey) of Branson, MO and Sarah Stringer (Rusty) of Parsons; his grandchildren, Bryanna Winters (Chance), Baylee DeWitt, Alex Meadows, Payton Stringer, Paige Stringer and Brody Meadows; his great grandchildren, Gwyneth and Georgia Winters; his son Ben Ryan (Beth); his siblings, Cherie Schofield, Gene (Susie), Mike (Sherry), Ray, John (Carrie), Cindy Rossman, Tommy (Kim), Danny, Kenny (Annabeth) and Billy (Lisa); and his son-in-law Mike DeWitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home (112 N 26th St, Parsons, KS 67357).
