With sadness, we share the passing of Sharon Joyce White (Parsons, Kansas). Sharon, born on October 13, 1938, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Babcock (Scoop) and Mary Babcock (Shaw); and her husband Verlyn White. She is survived by: her children, Julie White of Oswego, Gene White of Oswego and Matt White (Cindy) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Cassandra Miller (Toby), Amber Figura (Josh), Jessica Preble (Jeremy James), Dustin White (Bricynn Johnson), Ryan White (Breah) and Mary-Lynn White; her great grandchildren, Amariah, Cage Miller, Dakota, David, Alex, Paige, Kaiden Figura, Brooke McKiearnan, Makenzie Dunn, Reed, Cam, Kash Hayward and Sadie White; and her great great grandchildren, Evelyn Doyle, Wayne Figura and Lorelai Figura.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home (112 N 26th St, Parsons, KS 67357). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
