He was predeceased by: his parents, R. A. Tullis and Velma I. Tullis (Seger); and his brother Ronald Tullis. He is survived by: his daughters, Audrey Tullis of Parsons and Cassidy Tullis (Jason Shaw) of Parsons; his stepsons, Thad Burzinski (Jody) of Cherryvale and Tony Burzinski (Melisa) of Lake Lotawana, MO; and his grandchildren, Skylar, Eli, Kaden, Travian, Jason Jr., Addy, Ryker of Theo, G. G., Viola and Preslee. He is also survived by niece, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
