He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elzona Phillips Norris; his children, Cristy Boehm (Tim), Leslie Thacker (David), Malissa Teran (Gersom) and Jonathan Norris (Angie); and his grandchildren, Laura Hindman, Rachel Boehm, Joy Boehm, Alyssa Chase, Michael Teran, Joel Norris, Jesse Mendoza and Joe Mendoza.
