He is survived by: his father William "Bill" Wagner of Garden City, KS; his wife Heather; his children, Makayla and Richard; his sister Cynthia Trezza; his niece Sarah Rucker of Topeka, KS; his aunts, Dorothy Westerdale and Ann Bellinder; and his uncle Tom Wagner (Joan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
