She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Elwood and Margaret Nadine Williamson Vannattan; her husband Jackie Jean "Jack" Annis; her grandfather Jack Annis; her son Shawn Eugene Annis; and her sister Betty Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Frost and Curtis Annis (Stacy). She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
