He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kisner Sr. and Anna Marie (Dome); his son-in-law Allan Dinkel; his granddaughters, Jami Goetz and Lori Dinkel; his brothers, Marion Kisner, Floyd, Lloyd Kisner and Marvin Kisner; and his brothers-in-law, Earl Huser, George Knoll and Valerian Lang.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Kisner (Kronewitter) of Hays, KS; his children, Gloria Dinkel of Hays, KS, Wanda Pfannenstiel (Steve) of Hays, KS, Linda Goetz (Bruce) of Hays, KS, Thomas Kisner (Cindy) of Hays, KS, Brenda Erbert of Hays, KS, Myrna Hoffman (Jeff) of Hays, KS, David Kisner (Ronda) of Derby, KS and Jeff Kisner (Janine) of Victoria, KS; and his sisters, Lucille Huser-Knoll of Hays, KS, Florine Kisner of Pfeifer, KS and Marlene Lang-Sarver (Larry) of Natoma, KS. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
