Alice Whitney Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 21, 2026, at the age of 97, Alice Whitney of Phillipsburg, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Alice shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Alice farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Shearer and Ella Belle Shearer (Betts); and her husband Keith Whitney. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Artis (Dave) of Naperville, IL and Carol Stoltz (Jim) of Wichita, KS; and her brother Walter Shearer of Chino, CA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
