He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Dale Craig and Jessie Lucille Craig (Anglin); his wife JoEtta Craig (Beck); his daughter Kelli Morton; his siblings, Bill Craig, Calvin Craig, Lynn Craig, Galen LaDean Craig, Clifford "Rick" Anglin, Oneitta Maley, Roberta Craig, Daneiptakay Craig and Connie Craig; and his stepson Eric Beck.
He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Dale Price of Marysville and Shane Anthony Price of Washington; his siblings, Marlyn Holloway, Tamara Craig and Richie Craig of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Josiah, Jaxson and Jlynn Frasier.
