He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Franklin and Bonnie Irene Dart (Folkner); and his brother Donald Dart. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Allen of Phillipsburg; his children, Joni Hugunin (Hyle) of Kirwin, Janet Whitman (Keith) of Broken Arrow and Jim Dart (Karie) of Campbell; and his sisters, Wanda Jandera (Jerrold) of Logan, Shirley Mason (Orvel) of Arkansas City and Nancy Beneda of Alma. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 32 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
