He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kemper and Aleene Kemper (Cox); his daughter Wanda; his sister Gayla Norton; and his brothers-in-law, Earl, Aaron and Marvin Gaines of Logan.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Fay; his daughter Brenda Klavis (Jim) of St. Augustine, FL.; his granddaughters, Jessica Stone (Michael) of Sarasota, FL and Alexandra Sorokos (James) of Largo, FL; and his great grandchild Carter James Sorokos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and three nephews.
