She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie C. Hazlett and Eva Hazlett; her husbands, George F. Sutton Jr. and Charles "Cy" Moyer; her children, Carmela and George III; her stepson Jaret Moyer; and her siblings, Lucile Retke, Vern, John and OJ Hazlett.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeannette (Bill); her stepsons, Bryant (Lanny) and Clinton (Lisa); her stepdaughter-in-law Shawna; her grandchildren, Ryan, Colin, Colton (Grace), Samuel, Arissa (Garrett), Michaela (Briar) and Sarah; and her siblings, Lois Krauss, Helen Haley, Don, Robert and Steven Hazlett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Golden Years Center or the Huck Boyd Community Center.
