He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wagner and Alma Wagner (Preuss). He is survived by: his sons, Stan (Jean Ann) of Phillipsburg, Kevin (Jeanette) of Manhattan, KS and Pat (Janine) of Burlington, KS. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
The lying in state will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel (1115 2nd St, Phillipsburg, KS 67661). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (492 7th St, Phillipsburg, KS 67661).
