We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 97, Margaret A. Roy of Phillipsburg, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gottfried "Fred" Mumm and Sarah "Sadie" Mumm (McDonald); her husband Eugene "Gene" Roy of Damar, KS; and her siblings, Sylvester Paul, Gottfried Bernard, Frederick "Fritz", Hubert, Charles "Bud", Clement "Clem" Mumm, Juliann Mumm, Anogene "Annie" Rogers, Josephine "Jo" Douglass, Eleanor "Norie" Rogers, Alberta "Berta" Ritter and Clara "Sis" Newton.

She is survived by : her children, Shirley Dykes of Phoenix, AZ, Doris Chase (Dustin) of Salina, KS, Connie Cooper (Mike) of Atwood, KS, Duane Roy of Trinidad, CO and Mike Roy (Carole) of Centennial, CO; her siblings, Kenneth "Kenny" Mumm, Mary Dolores "Dode" Raile and Joan "Judy" (Gordon Smith); and her sisters-in-law, Gail Mumm, Vicky Mumm and Pat Mumm. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 4 step great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.

Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or Sacred Heart Catholic Church and sent in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
