She is survived by : her children, Eli and Nicole; her niece Sammie; her grandchildren, Avalee, Paelyn, Emmie, Levi, Ryker, Everly, Cole and Henry; her husband Nick Haskett; her children, Melody Haskett, Sammie, JD of Washington and Nathan Spar; and her brothers, Bob (Bridget Bagby) and Steve (LeAnn Bagby).
